We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of digital and technology projects for a large public sector organisation in West Lothian. You'll work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers to drive delivery, strengthen governance, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple initiatives.

This role requires someone who can quickly step into new or in‑flight projects, build momentum, and confidently manage a broad set of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Implementation Projects

• Elicit and document business requirements.
• Conduct business analysis to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
• Develop and execute end‑user training and communication plans.
• Report on progress and measure impact, contributing to the wider business case for ongoing Microsoft 365 adoption and reducing reliance on third‑party systems.

Maximise Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Usage

• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of tools included within the existing licence.
• Explore automation solutions and potential AI use cases.

Project Delivery & Governance

• Manage projects from initiation, or take over in‑flight, quickly assessing status through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Work collaboratively with IT technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage and manage third‑party suppliers from both a technical and project‑management perspective.
• Coordinate resources across full‑time and part‑time IT and business contributors.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers to align with the wider IT portfolio.
