Training and Change Manager/ Lead - Travel and Expense System experience
About the Role
My client in the Insurance industry are looking for a proactive Training and Change Manager/ Lead to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience as part of their global travel and expense programme. You'll design and implement onboarding strategies that drive adoption, build confidence in new processes and tools, and embed change management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute onboarding plans for global colleagues and users.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials (guides, FAQs, training content) tailored to user groups.
- Ensure continuity of change, communication, and adoption activities throughout implementation.
- Review and update change artefacts and documentation for programme rollout.
- Manage change content across platforms for accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with delivery milestones.
- Support training development and stakeholder onboarding sessions.
- Monitor adoption and readiness, identify gaps, and recommend interventions.
- Maintain version control and centralised documentation repository.
- Create communication assets (newsletters, intranet posts, FAQs, global updates).
- Collect and analyse feedback to improve onboarding strategies.
- Liaise with HR, IT, and operational teams for integrated change support.
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on progress and adoption metrics.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- In depth experience in change management or communications roles.
- Global rollout experience
- Experience of Expense and/or Travel system training/ rollouts
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience with content platforms and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
