Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Contract)

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Flexible Working Model)
Rate: £400-£450 per day
Duration: 3 months

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the discovery and analysis of requirements for a potential Microsoft 365 Power Platform service. This role will involve gathering existing configurations, future requirements, and producing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements and analyse current M365 Power Platform configurations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting the M365 platform.
• Produce artefacts such as process maps, user stories, and gap analyses.
• Contribute to business cases and impact assessments for proposed changes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality outputs.
