Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Flexible Working Model)
Rate: £400-£450 per day
Duration: 3 months

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the discovery, documentation, and analysis of processes related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) workflows for a national healthcare programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and analyse business processes for identity management.
• Document technical platform functionality and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support change management.
• Produce artefacts including process maps, user stories, and gap analyses.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with identity management or healthcare systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality outputs.
