NOKIA SUPPORT ENGINEER
Remote troubleshooting of Nokia sites on T-Mobile Chicago network.
They will be working from home so must have reliable Internet connection, an extra monitor, and a place to work without distractions. Client will provide laptop.
Can work from anywhere in USA.
24x7 operation so must be available 24x7 (although most integration work is performed during day shift.)
Must have remote integration or troubleshooting experience on Nokia OSS, preferably on T-Mobile. Candidates with only field experience will not suffice.
