Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join their global support team at their complex facility near Darlington, UK. As an integral part of their team, you will be responsible for addressing a diverse range of technical issues spanning multiple technologies, with a primary focus on the Microsoft suite and various hardware platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site technical support for the facility, ensuring smooth operations across all IT systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

- Contribute to key IT projects, offering expertise and insight to drive successful outcomes.
