What Tech Candidates Want 2024

In the past decade, technology has evolved from being a ‘nice to have’ to business critical, and top talent is at the heart of how businesses can get ahead of their competitors.

  • 87% of candidates expect to look for a new role in the next 12 months. 
  • 77% of candidates expecting to look within the next 6 months. 
  • Only 7% of candidates would prefer to work in the office full-time.  
  • 92% of candidates want the end-to-end recruitment process to be completed within 4 weeks.
