My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team immediately on a remote working fixed term contract with a view to extending beyond. The company is one of the UKs leading managed service providers of IT services and you will be responsible for carrying out some HR admin tasks as well as managing some ER cases. Case work will involve grievances, disciplinaries, reporting and investigations.
To be a success in this position you will require:
- CIPD Level 3 or experience working in a HR department
- Good understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
