Business Analyst - Field Services & Digital Workplace

Our client is an experienced Business Analyst to support global Field Services and Digital Workplace initiatives, including M365, SharePoint, and PowerApps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive vendor transition and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Gather and prioritise business requirements, facilitating workshops and defining future-state processes.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and project milestones (Agile or Waterfall).
• Support UAT and acceptance of functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal BAs and cross-functional teams globally.

What we're looking for:

• Proven BA experience with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills (vendor transition is essential).
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and service management principles.
• Ideally experienced in retail, global operations, and mentoring junior resources.
• Infrastructure background is a plus.
