Our client, a leading global company, are recruiting for an AWS Programme Manager / Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis.

The AWS Programme Manager / Programme Director will lead the strategic planning, delivery, and governance of large-scale cloud transformation programmes leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role ensures successful migration, modernisation, and optimisation of enterprise workloads to AWS, aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Role and experience:

• Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with cloud migration strategies, landing zones, and security frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, risk management, and financial control.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at C-suite level.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications and AWS certifications preferred
