Location: Flexible (Remote with occasional travel)
Travel: Up to 20% (occasionally higher during key project phases)

About the Role

We're looking for a X++ Technical Consultant to join our team at Enable. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality software implementation and customization services to our customers. Acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams, you'll ensure our solutions meet agreed requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.

You'll work on customization, installation, and integration of our products, supporting customers both remotely and on-site. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional technical solutions and building strong client relationships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers.
• Create Technical Design Documents based on functional requirements.
• Write and code programs from design specifications for Enable products.
• Customize and integrate solutions with customer legacy systems.
• Produce clean, efficient, and secure code that meets QA standards.
• Provide technical support through design/code reviews and customer assistance.
• Document custom functionality and maintain technical documentation.
• Support testing phases, including unit and integrated testing.
• Stay up to date with technical trends and maintain high competency.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Skills:
• X++
• SQL performance tuning
• Proven experience delivering technical solutions and ERP customizations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and customer presentation abilities.

Education & Experience

• Relevant qualification or substantial experience in software development.
• Required:
  • 1-3 years' experience in ERP software implementations.
  • Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes.
• Preferred:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience (3+ years).
  • 5+ years customizing ERP platforms (Finance & Operations focus).
  • 2+ years designing and architecting ERP customizations.
