We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation project focused on global workforce mobility. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in redesigning processes that support the movement of large project teams internationally.
The Role
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and map current processes, ensuring they align with a newly implemented third-party platform designed to streamline global mobility operations. The project involves complex activities such as visa management, accommodation, and compliance for large-scale deployments (50-100 people), so strong process analysis skills are essential.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define and document requirements.
- Lead process analysis workshops to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Map processes and data flows to integrate with new technology solutions.
- Shape and prioritise business requirements within agile or waterfall frameworks.
- Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement and change management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong process analysis expertise.
- Background in HR and/or Global Mobility desirable (e.g., visas, work permits, tax/social security implications) but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex problems.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
