Role Title: CRM Delivery Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

About the Role:
My client in the Insurance industry is embarking on an exciting global CRM transformation, consolidating platforms into a single, enterprise-wide Salesforce solution. We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of workstreams and support the overall global rollout of our CRM solution.

This senior role requires a strong background in project and programme management, technology implementation, and a proven track record of delivering complex system implementations in global organisations. You will work closely with stakeholders worldwide to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Resource & Vendor Management: Manage internal resources and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with deliverables and contractual obligations.
  • Scope & Risk Management: Control scope, manage risks, and resolve delivery challenges proactively.
  • Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and external influences.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk frameworks throughout implementation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports and documentation to key stakeholders.
  • Benefits Management: Support identification and reporting of benefits throughout the programme lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on delivery manager with proven experience in systems delivery and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Proven leadership and ability to foster high-performing project teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
  • Commutable to London and willing to travel if required.
