If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The company is seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join their thriving End User Support team.
What you'll be doing?
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end device lifecycle across the organisation. This will involve:
  • Registering and tracking new hardware in the CMDB and asset management systems
  • Building and configuring devices to meet business requirements
  • Deploying equipment to colleagues and ensuring a smooth handover
  • Coordinating the secure decommissioning of legacy devices with our third-party partner
  • Providing hands-on support for colleagues during hardware setup and resolving any issues quickly
You'll collaborate with teams across the business and work closely with specialists, playing a key role in delivering a successful programme and shaping process improvements along the way.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Microsoft Products: Windows 11, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, BitLocker
  • SCCM: Task sequences, device management, application deployments (desirable)
  • Intune: Device management (we're transitioning from PXE to Intune)
  • Active Directory
  • ServiceNow (desirable)
