Lorien’s exceptional client service has been recognised at the annual TIARA Talent Solutions Awards, which celebrates excellence in the RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions Industry.
Lorien’s RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) into Nationwide Building Society won ‘The Client Service Awards’; an award for talent providers that have won support and recognition across the whole client community.
The judges were impressed with Lorien’s success and innovation across a number of areas in a complex and fast-paced environment. The award was also commended for the crispness, clarity, and quality of its supporting evidence.
Lorien’s partnership with Nationwide began in 2020, mid-pandemic, as the Society embarked on an exciting digital transformation journey, supported by a multi-billion-pound digital investment strategy. With over 500 hires to make in its digital space per year, including in niche verticals such as data and cloud, security, and engineering, Nationwide needed a specialist provider that could offer access to the competitive London tech talent market, but also the scalability and agility of a large-scale RPO.
Over the last year Lorien and Nationwide have worked closely to bring the Society’s inspirational story to the tech community, to attract and convert top talent, and to deliver tangible process improvements that support both candidate and hiring manager experience. After nine months of success, Nationwide awarded Lorien with the RPO for all specialist and branch hiring in addition to the tech RPO – equating to c.2,000 hires per year.
