We focus on VMS Fulfilment, Contract Staffing and Direct Placements. Our Clients Solutions Managers are responsible for generating and increasing revenue through the acquisition of new clients and new business, as well as identifying and securing additional business opportunities with our current client base. They manage the entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through to close, including researching, networking, prospecting, cold calling and generating leads. What do we look for? We’d love you to have a few years’ experience in B2B sales and product or business development, with demonstrable experience of developing relationships with prospective clients. It’s important that you have great interpersonal skills and love working in a fun but fast-paced sales environment. Motivation is a must! Contractor care coordinator
Contractor Care Coordinator

Looking after our candidates and our contractors is really important to us, so we’re always interested in contractor care professionals. Our Contractor Care Coordinators act as the point-of-contact for our contractors to ensure a positive customer experience. This includes facilitating the new-hire process, supporting contractors with queries, and checking in with them regularly, as well as facilitating contractor processes such as payroll and timesheets. Our team also supports the wider business with administrative tasks, such as supporting recruiters on processes like job orders and contractor paperwork and coordinating office activities and operations. As a result, we’re looking for someone with three or more years’ administrative experience, great attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Office skills. As you will be supporting the whole business, organizational and interpersonal skills are important – and we’d love it if you had experience supporting C-Level Executives. Does this sound like you?
