This vacancy is one of the best opportunities in the market at this level - working as a resourcer (180 role) in our London office doesn't mean cold calling to generate new business, it means you will be partnering with some of our existing clients and delivering the right candidates, with the right skills for the right job on all the clients' requirements. You will have a real focus on; working with the candidate market place while getting to know your clients 100%.
The whole reason why we are recruiting is because he have experienced a significant increase in new requirements from our clients which means we physically need more hands on deck to assist and deliver. Think about that too - This is a HOT desk where the vacancies come to you! ZERO "cold calling" to clients required as you are working with clients that Lorien are already preferred suppliers too.
Your new role:
The role of a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role. We will give you all the tools and resources to get the very best results. Close your eyes and visualise yourself doing the following:
* Receive job specs and liaise with Recruitment Manager
* Ensure you possess a good understanding of the vacancy
* Advertise vacancies and manager candidate responses
* Actively resource suitable candidates
* Manage the whole process on the candidate side through to offer and placement stage
What you need to bring with you:
First of all you need to be able to juggle........ Not with bowling pins, clubs or balls, but have the ability to multi task. You will be busy, working on multiple roles from our clients at any one time. Ideally (but not essential) you will be of degree calibre or equivalent, someone who is self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative. For this vacancy it is also important you are naturally persuasive, resilient, have excellent customer service skills, can work in a team and have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with managers, directors and candidates at all levels.
This is NOT an entry level opportunity in to employment; you need to have some commercial experience in similar working environments to be considered for this opportunity. We believe that someone from a "call centre" or "customer service" or "high-level complaints" or "telesales" or "B2B / B2C" type backgrounds would have some of the transferable skills required for this opportunity.
