Literally a year to the day, Lorien were appointed the IT / Tech RPO solution for this client and 6 months later, off the back of amazing results and with customer experience at the very heart of what we, Lorien was given the opportunity to support them on a wider scale and partner with them across the whole of professional services. We were awarded the full RPO solution so Lorien Resourcing can support them, not just with Tech / IT, but across the whole of their professional service business units, additional areas now also include:

  1. Risk & Compliance
  2. HR / Human Resources
  3. FS Product & Marketing
  4. Finance & Treasury

This team has grown from strength to strength and due to this unprecedented growth (even through COVID), Lorien Resourcing is now investing in recruiting one more Onsite Recruitment Business Partners to join this team and work on the professional services side of the business for this global financial service based client in London.

Job Description:

To deliver on all permanent recruitment activity for the client. You will be responsible for the delivery of all CV candidate applications. The solution will require the Onsite Recruiters to work at a 100% successful fill rate via Lorien Resourcing and supply the very best candidates for this client. The onsite team will take a "hands on" approach to direct recruitment and use the company branding to advertise and recruit for all permanent staff requirements. The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment lifecycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-board. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitment service and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. The client will expect this new team to have the knowledge, first-hand experience recruiting in at least 1 of these 4 professional service areas while being able ensure that the service is delivered to the highest level.

Working as part of the Recruitment Team, success in the role will be the ability to integrate with the business to act as a true trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. We are looking for a hard-working, career minded and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism as part of Lorien's RPO onsite recruitment solution. You will be accountable for the recruitment process with a key focus on direct recruitment solutions You will be accountable for the 100% fill rate of all their permanent staffing needs across the 4 areas of professional services.

You will be part of an onsite team for Lorien on this side of the clients business. As a result it is absolutely crucial you are subject matter expert in recruiting in the permanent market in any of the 4 areas of the business. Unfortunately if there is no or little evidence of recruiting in these fields you will not be suitable for this opportunity:

  1. Risk & Compliance (experience in fraud would be a bonus)
  2. HR / Human Resources
  3. FS Product & Marketing
  4. Finance & Treasury

Ideally this opportunity would suit an Experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who wants to work with a global player and a market leader in this space. However we are more than happy to look at agency based recruiters looking to take their first step in to RPO as long as they have a proven track record in the aforementioned professional services areas for the client .

Other responsibilities will include - driving direct recruitment strategies, streamlining the recruitment process, while also being responsible for the vacancy management and pipeline for the whole business. You need to be able to effectively establish and drive client stakeholder relationships in order to build and develop our business relationship. Engaging with hiring managers, while understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure best practise and drive recruitment forward, with the recruitment supply chain to obtain the best results.

It's important to understand that you will be engaged with the client at senior stakeholders level. You will be hands on and involved in all aspects of permanent direct recruitment for the business and responsible for 100% direct fill rate. You would need to feel very comfortable with this level of responsibility and involvement to be considered. Remember experience in either of these fields are crucial to be considered for this opportunity.
