Lorien is looking to recruit an Onsite Account Director to provide strategic and operational support for an MSP & SOW Financial Services client based in London.

What's the opportunity?

Lorien is looking for someone to lead the onsite recruitment team. You will be the point of contact and deal with any escalations for the business while also being an excellent relationship manager. Someone who can develop relationships and identify an opportunity to improve and develop our solution. With this being a high volume multi discipline MSP solution you will naturally need to be fully aware of contract recruitment legislation from IR35 and Statement of Work (SOW), while also having experience at a very senior strategic stakeholder management level. The client expects Lorien to deliver best in class recruitment services and practices.

You will have overall accountability and responsibility for the account's operational performance and growth. The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment life cycle, working with the client on everything from demand planning through to resource approval and requisition. With direct client access, great volumes of contract & SOW requirements and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.

Key duties:

  • Development and management of strategic level customer relationships
  • Development and management of account team staff
  • Provide operational expertise to support development of the business
  • Ensure effective supply chain management
  • Proactively drive a cooperative approach across Lorien and Impellam Group
  • Ensure the account operates to or exceeds contractual and SLA requirements
  • Participate in and contribute to the sales process for new and existing business development
  • Continuous service development and improvement
  • Maintain competitive awareness and manage accordingly to protect the Lorien Group
  • Drive and support change throughout the business as required

Who are you?

Success in this role will be the ability to integrate with the client, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. It will require quality engagement with hiring managers, and understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure and obtain the best results.

As well as exceeding client expectations, you will need to ensure Lorien's opportunities are maximised and the account is developed accordingly. In addition to the experience listed, you will be a hard-working, ambitious and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism.

This opportunity would suit an Onsite Account Director / Senior Manager who is used to developing relationships at a senior / board level. You will have a wealth of experience in managing a large, complex managed service program while also showing examples of continuously improving and implementing new and improved business solutions. Knowledge, understanding and in depth hands on experience of statement or work projects as a well as contract recruitment will be essential for this opportunity.

Our preference would be someone with experience managing a large MSP & Statement of Work solution, while also having successful people management and leadership experiences. You will be engaged with the end client at senior stakeholder level. This is a hands on role and you will be involved in all aspects of a recruitment solution for the business. Therefore you would need to feel very comfortable with this level of responsibility and involvement.
