Application/Product Support - SQL, Jira/Confluence
Our client are a disruptive force in the world of data and analytical driven marketing and advertising solutions. And due to a recent internal merger this has created the opportunity to grow their Product Support team.
We are in need of Product/Application Support Analysts who can provide L1 and L2 support to their internal bespoke product suite. The internal applications you will be responsible for are all complex and data driven, so someone who is inquisitive, can ask the right questions and has strong problem solving skills will thrive in this role.
The team that this role sits in covers EMEA and is made up of 5 existing Support Analysts.
The opportunity to progress to L3 has already been discussed, but you must be prepared to work at the L1 and L2 initially.
From a techy point of view, we are looking for people with SQL skills, for interrogating databases, querying, creating fact tables etc. As well as having experience of working with Jira/Confluence.
If you have any experience with Google BigQuery and Python that would also be nice to have but not essential.
Ideally you would have come from a background of Supporting complex data driven applications and API's.
The role is mainly remote with the current team only going in to the office once every two weeks. Their office is based in the Tottenham Court Road area of London.
