Are you an experienced Desktop Engineer or Service Desk Analyst with excellent Customer Service skills? Are you looking for a new role?
My client is currently working as an IT MSP for an international company, and they are setting up a Techbar at the client site in High Wycombe, and are currently recruiting for 2 engineers to join this team, working Monday-Friday, 9-5.
You'll be dealing with BAU Desktop queries, mainly from walk-up end users. You'll need to be very customer focused to be considered for the role, as you'll frequently be dealing with end users face to face to quickly resolve their issues. You will also be logging retrospective tickets for the work done, so you'll need to be on top of your admin. In terms of technologies, you'll need experience with the below:
- Windows 7-10
- Basic Networking
- Basic Server Support
- Tablet and Mobile phone support
- IMAC, Breakfix, hardware support
- Microsoft Office Support
- Active Directory
In return, my client is offering a salary between £24,000 and £27,000/year within a company with excellent opportunities for growth. Training will be given on customer specific software while on site, and you'll be working with a team across the UK to provide support.
