CRM & Loyalty Support Coordinator

The CRM Coordinator will be part of a CX/CRM team of 5 colleagues and will have a dedicated focus on the UK Business Area. The purpose of the role is to support the team in the operational management and continuous improvement of the UK CRM system and the UK Loyalty Scheme.:


  • project support in the SFDC implementation of Account Forecasting and Management process: Assist data migration activities and support the preparation and execution of UAT, eg with user story creation and user support during testing.
  • Help maintain the administrative infrastructure of theCRM and Loyalty scheme functions
    • Internal system ticket requests and escalations
    • Documenting procedures
    • Updating CRM data


Our ideal candidate has previous experience in CX / CRM roles such as CRM specialist, CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager, UX manager, CRM/SFDC project management


  • 2-5 years of experience with CRM,
  • Proficient in the use of SFDC and Marketing Cloud (Drupal)
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM, data management and -reporting
  • Customer service and issue resolution with strong customer experience background
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and terminology
