Technical Account Manager - Permanent - Glasgow
A leading and growing IT Services business have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager. This an important role where you will oversee a portfolio of agreed stack products and assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. It will be your responsibility to develop strong relationships with customers, understand their business issues and help IT deliver a competitive edge. You will liaise with cross functional internal teams to help improve the customer experience and act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
It's important you have a strong technical background, have a good understanding of Microsoft Stack products including Azure and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. You will report on the status of accounts & transactions on their CRM system, setting and tracking sales in line with company objectives. Ideally you should have skills to create IT Road maps for clients.
