Service Desk Analyst/ IT Support/ IT Graduate

Are you an aspiring Service Desk Analyst or an IT graduate looking for a way into the sector?

My client, one of the UKs leading financial services companies are looking for a new analyst to join their growing infrastructure support team based in Telford on an initial fixed term contract. You will be tasked with providing tech support internally across the company on a variety of areas making sure tickets are resolved quickly and efficiently.

During the role, you will be initially trained in multiple areas of IT before being able to remotely work for the remainder of the contract. You will cover area's such as Microsoft/ windows tech, active directory, Office 365 and more.

To be the right candidate for the role you will:

  • Have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly
  • Technical understanding (Microsoft/ windows initially)
  • Ability to follow processes
