Project Co-ordinator

Are you a project co-ordinator looking for a new role? If you are, we have a great opportunity to work with one of the largest Global IT Service Provide on an initial contract until the end of the year.

This role will be based remote until government restrictions are ease then will required travel to client site in Bracknell.

Role Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to provide Project or Program support by operating defined processes or procedures against a defined standard. They will assist in the successful delivery of Projects / Programs or PMO services by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to document management, planning, risk or financial management.

Key experience required:

  • Experience Setting up and maintaining a tool for all Project and Program documentation in ProjectHub or equivalent tool.
  • Coordination experience of data collection, documentation management and resource planning.
  • Co-ordinate collection of financial information to update the project's financial records. Provides appropriate stakeholders with the up-to-date financial position and forecasts
  • Planning, risk and financial management.
  • Stakeholder management, including organisation of meetings.
