We are now seeking a Programme Director to join our team in 2021. The primary purpose of this role is to help manage multiple workstreams across the transformation programme. Part of this exciting movement is the formation of a new Project Management Office (PMO).

As the Programme Director you will:

  • Set up the PMO for governance purposes
  • Be responsible for delivery of a portfolio of projects across multiple workstreams in the transformation programme

Your profile:

You will have experience of working as a Programme Manager / Director role in a complex, global, organisation. In addition, you will previously have had experience of:

  • Setting up PMOs from scratch
  • Exposure to large scale change and transformation programmes
  • Have experience with both IT projects and business / governance projects
  • Cultivating strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels
