IT Support Engineer - Watford - £30k

Our client, a well-established MSP based just outside of Watford, are looking for an enthusiastic 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to come and join their close-knit team.

You will be part of their technical team to provide remote support to clients. They have a long list of clients ranging across multiple industries, so it's a great opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge.

Key Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications is key:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows Server 2012 onwards
  • Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • MSP background highly desirable

Industry recognised qualifications, such as the MCSA, are preferred.
