Sophis Consultant - 6 Month Contract - (£600 - £650 a Day)

I'm looking for Sophis Consultant for a smaller investment bank in the City of London. Initially a 6 months contract, budget has been signed off till 2022!

You will be working on exciting greenfield projects alongside traders and developers. The ideal candidate will be working and managing projects within Commodities trading and financial markets. Good communication skills, team spirit and capacity to work in a Front Office environment are also required. On a functional aspect, knowledge of commodity derivatives, regulatory reporting, Greeks calculation and understanding of position keeping systems will be key.

Skills required:

- Commodity trading and financial markets (functional)

- Handling business requirements

- Sophis or Fusion Invest (functional / technical)

- Financial Regulatory Reportings (functional)

- Writing Specification documents (functional)

- Agile methodology (functional/technical)

- SQL / C# (technical)
