Senior Client Partner - Central London

Our client, a leading consultancy in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) space, are looking for a Senior Client Partner to join them on a permanent basis in their central London offices.

As a Senior Client Partner, your role will involve working with closely with your clients in order to offer strategic advice, expert knowledge and leadership across numerous projects.

You'll be responsible for overseeing all areas of several important accounts, ensuring long-term stability and growth.

You'll have extensive knowledge across the following areas: campaign management/delivery of campaigns, digital marketing technology, digital content creation/digital asset management, creative operations, and account management.

You'll have previous experience as a Senior Strategic Account Manager/Director or Client Partner, from a creative agency background, working across a wide range of well-known brands.

This role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of adaptability in order tailor approaches based on client's needs.

The role will involve the following:

  • Representing the consultancy and building solid client relationships, including proactively and strategically supporting client's needs
  • Responsibility for and complete immersion across all aspects of your accounts, both operationally and commercially, ensuring long-term stability and growth
  • Ability to provide solutions across all areas of digital marketing, as well as investigating, preparing, presenting, debating and delivering solutions to challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of contractual relationships with a good understanding of the correct measures to take in event of a problem or issue
  • Strategic business development to support the business and client's objectives
  • Strong leadership skills, both in project delivery and team management
