The CompanyOur client is a global organisation based in the heart of Oxford. They are looking for multiple Technical Support Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.
The RoleYou will be working in a team of engineers to provide technical support to both their business partners and a global client base. All support is done via email, phone or webchat and will be focused on Network and Cyber Security.
You will have:* Great understanding of Network Fundamentals - VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols* Antivirus* Experience with troubleshooting protocols - HTTP, SMTP, FTP* Cisco networking knowledge* Experience with Linux OS* A background providing 2nd line support
Any certifications in Microsoft / Cisco / Network+ / Security are desirable.
