I am representing a global, well established organisation based in the heart of Oxford on completing several critical hires for their Technical Support Teams.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to both the business partners and a well-established global client base. The base of the support you will be providing is Network Fundamentals, you will be part of a team of engineers providing the best possible service to their customers and partners.

Key responsibilities/Experience required.

• A good understanding of the Network fundamentals such as, VLAN's, DNS, DHCP, Routing protocols, Antivirus
• Troubleshooting protocols, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DHCP
• Cisco Networking across the board from a 2nd line level
• Experience with Linux OS

Nice to have

• ANY Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Network +, Security
