IT Support - OFFICE BASED - URGENT START - PAYE ONLY

£14 per hour

This role will require candidate to have had a DBS check within the last 12 months.

• Provide 1st line support to college staff and users, setting expectations based on agreed processes.
• Manage all Service Desk tickets, to agreed Target Resolution Times (TRT) as defined in the ICT Service Level Agreement (SLA's)
• Resolve issues and find answers to questions, researching as necessary, to ensure Business Users receive a high quality service.
• An enhanced DBS and security clearance check will be required for this role - which the client will put you through
