ETRM Consultant (£700 - £800 a day)

ETRM Consultant - Fully Remote - 12 Month Contract (£700 - £800 a day).

I'm looking for a ETRM Consultant, to join an IT delivery team in the Power, Carbon and Gas trading division. My client is a leading Energy Trading firm in London. The ETRM Consultant will be working on a exciting greenfield project, working on a Carbon emission or Power Trading project. You will be working alongside traders.

The ETRM Consultant will be used to handling business requirements, have a deep understanding of the Power, Gas and Energy market. You will be documenting, identifying business requirements and working with technical teams to come up with solutions.

You will be working among a good dynamic team of Consultants, Developers, and Traders.

This is a fully remote position, with quick and easy remote on - boarding. 12 month contract, also a 2 year project - Budget signed off till 2022!

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of at least one of these markets (preferred two) : carbon offsets, power renewable certificates, bio-methane proof of sustainability
• Business knowledge on certificate & offset management
• Understanding of voluntary vs compliance markets - what markets are active/emerging,
• different rules and opportunities in different areas - integrating value across different regions and schemes
• Full order to retirement process understanding
• Agile
• Handling stakeholders business requirements
