Permanent: Workplace Security Specialist - £70K to £75k - Hertfordshire

I am currently working with a Global IT Services provider that are looking for a Workplace Security Specialist to join their Incident Response Team. This organisation are building out a brand new Security Operations Centre and this role will be vital to the success of the SOC.

The Role:

• Be the SOC Workplace Security Operations Lead
• Deliver and manage workplace security standards
• Support configuration, patch and vulnerability management

Key skills & Responsibilities:

• 10 years industry experience
• 5 to 10 years cyber security management systems experience
• Experience in cloud based technology: O365 (Security management & Data prevention loss), Advanced threat Protection (ATP), Windows Information Protection, Azure Active Directory Identity Protection, Windows 10, etc
• Strong understanding of network topologies & protocols
• Risk management, incident response and crisis management experience
• Experience in investigating security breaches & security incident management
• SIEM Tooling: Spunk, Sentinel
• Cloud Platform Experience: AWS, Azure, GCP
• MITRE ATT&CK
