First Line Support / Technical Analyst | 12 months

Graduate Technical Analyst | 12 Months | £150 per day PAYE

We are currently looking for a Graduate Technical Analyst to join one of our large household name clients for a 12 month contract. Remote contract with some travel to Cardiff offices when needed.

During this role, your main responsibility will be to provide first line support and maintenance for all Business Energy systems. You will also be responsible for managing each request received via the support mailbox, from the first point of contact until resolution.

A significant part of this support role will include the development of MIS reports using tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Power BI.

Experience:

• Some knowledge or experience of Microsoft Access, SQL Server or Power BI
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
