As one of Vodafone strategic partners, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to be based in Paddington or Newbury on a 6 month contract.

The Admin specialist delivers all process elements of the resourcing process to ensure the candidate experience is world class. From ensuring interviewers & interviewees are well informed and ready for all forms of interview, rooms are booked and ready and all governance details of the process are communicated in good time. Working as part of an agile team, the pace of life will be very fast in role and working with different arms of the recruitment teams.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Administration of all stages of the interview process
- Completion of supporting documents for reqs & offers
- Post job advertisements
- Provide relevant materials to clients & candidates
- Flag any issues promptly and look for resolution.
- All admin resourcing tasks completed on time
- Candidate Experience feedback (NPS)
- Time to hire
