My client is a MSP IT provider, and are looking for a Deskside Engineer to join a Defence end client on a permanent basis. This role will be providing both hardware and software support on the office floor, due to this the client has highlighted that engineers would need to have excellent customer service skills.

Due to the end client, you will be put through SC Clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide standard incident break fix support (Laptop \ desktop devices)
  • Manage and deliver service requests, deploying desktop and laptop solutions to the client.
  • Knowledge on Apple IPhone and IPad products be required to assist with Mobile Smart phones and Tablets advice and support.
  • Identify service improvements
  • To diagnose problems accurately using all the available resources and technical knowledge.
