Technical Solution Support Engineer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer for our growing and well established client in the centre of Edinburgh. In this important role you will deal with clients via their help desk or face to face helping them with installation and support of their extensive portfolio of Management Software. This role will support clients across Scotland. In this role you will be working in a team with close working relationships with the Support Team and Software Project Managers.
You must be able to use Microsoft Office 365 to a proficient level and be aware of Apps such as Sharepoint, Planner & Teams. Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Technology would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
They are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, organised, a self-starter, positive, a team player with a desire to learn new technical skills.
The business have an outstanding reputation proving excellent service, so you must have strong customer service focus.
Working hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm and on-site parking is available.
