Service and Repair Manager
My client, one of the UK&I's largest and fastest growing technology distribution and specialist service providers are on the look out for a service and repair manager to join them based in their office in Burnley. As a business, they're growing rapidly and already have 700+ partnerships with global technology brands and over 13,000 re-sellers, e-commence operators and retailers.
In this role in particular, you will oversee and manage the service and repair of customer returned stock. You will play a pivotal within the end to end management process and will work closely with the Head of operations to develop, launch and continuously improve best in class service solutions. Most importantly you will lead the service design and implementation in a completely new repair centre.
To be a fit for the role you will have:
- A technical background in the repair of hardware including mobile, desktop, ipads, tablets and monitors.
- Management experience of a large team
- Experience of vendor management
