My client, a major retail company is looking for a Deskside Engineer provide hardware and software support, both remotely and desk side on IT products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). There is also an element of providing back fill for Site Engineers and Customer Tech Bars (Surgeries).

Responsibilities

The objective is to provide Corporate IT Users support in their consumption of IT equipment, software and infrastructure
