Helpdesk Analyst - Northampton
I am currently looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to work for a large IT service provider based in Northampton on an initial 3 month contract.
Due to a recent roll out of phones, applications and Windows 10 the ideal candidate will ideally have experience answering queries around this but scripted answers will be given if needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- 1st line service desk analyst with excellent customer facing and technical skills.
- Experience within a service desk or technical support environment supported by an understanding of ITIL best practice
- Educated to A Level or BTEC/GNVQ level, degree an advantage
