If you have a proven track record of providing second line support in a large fast pace constantly evolving environment then this role is for you. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed customer expectations while gaining their trust and respect. Determine and recommend which products and services meet the customer's needs. Multitask following processes and procedures to ensure all problems are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain, analyse and solve computer software and hardware problems. Identify analyse and repair product failures and order and replace parts. Assist with Resolving Tier 1, 2 & 3 issues and provide hands on support when necessary through cooperation with resolver groups
- Knowledge of Windows 7 or above
- Knowledge of Mac produces
- Interface with hardware and software vendors to plan and problem solve resolutions.
- Install PC, peripherals and LAN-based equipment.
- Assist with setting up security, file access and other administrative procedure associated with moves.
