SharePoint Developer (SC Cleared)

A SharePoint Developer is required for government organisation, supporting c25,000 user base including high level stakeholders, joining a project to modernise their IT estate.

You will be based from Central London, with occasional travel to sites around the UK, working within standard office hours.

Location: London, West End

Duration: ASAP - October (+ possible 12 month extension)

SC clearance required or the ability to obtain.

Skills and Experience required of the SharePoint Developer:

  • Office 0365 SharePoint Online Administration
  • Office 0365 SharePoint Online Development Experience
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Experience in SharePoint Designer
  • Experience in using Visual Studio
  • Experience in writing PowerShell scripts
  • Experience in SharePoint Workflows
  • Experience in CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / HTML
  • Experience of using Bootstrap (or an equivalent framework)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint (as described by most external courses);
  • Knowledge of the different operating systems/devices highly desirable, however Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and iOS is essential.
  • Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
  • Being able to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders clearly and concisely. For example, explaining a complex (technical) issue in Business language.
  • Production of support documentation and training materials for both internal support teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Being able to deliver training to colleagues and customers;
  • Experience of managing a complex and demanding workload.
