IDAM Business AnalystLondon6 Month Contract
We are looking to recruit a contract Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Business Analyst to support transformation of identity systems in the cloud. This role will conduct discovery into existing IDAM systems, understand the 'as is' and 'to be' states, and support the transformation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and directory services.
Suitable candidates will have: a firm understanding of business requirements elicitation; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to translate business requirements into realistic and tangible technical deliverables; the skills to build compelling business cases; a proactive mindset; and the ability to influence stakeholders, working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Minimum Required Skills:
Strong business analysis, requirements capture and analytical skills.
Good understanding of IDAM models, architectures and principles, with specific emphasis on role-based access control (RBAC)
Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD (at a data level).
Good knowledge of Cloud technologies and transition methods.
Excellent data manipulation skills using google sheets or excel.
A good knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in Agile business requirements gathering & story development.
Additional Job Details:
The following would also be beneficial:
Experience with multi-domain, multi-forest Active Directory environments
Experience with Azure AD DS
Experience implementing IGA tools.
Understanding of SAML federation, other federation technologies, and SSO
Experience with AWS IAM, including but not limited to IAM Users, IAM Roles, policies, and federation
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) provisioning and workflow processes
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PUM) tools.
Regulatory compliance knowledge (SOX, FFIEC, and PCI)
Experience working with Agile development and technical teams.
Good experience facilitating and chairing meetings.
Track record of providing training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
