Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to join a leading software company?
Experienced Business Analysts are required to join a leading payment solutions provider, who have built a platform that holistically treats data and intelligence. As an IT Business Analyst, you will have experience of business analysis within an IT software development environment and will translate problems and needs into IT- enabled solutions, which will then be designed and deployed in line with business expectations.
You will work in the company's Head Office located in an easily accessible location in Crewe, which is a 5 minute walk from the Crewe train station.
About the role:
As the IT business Analyst, you will be interacting with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements into technical requirements. You will analyse the business needs and requirements through a variety of methods such as conducting one-to-one meetings and will then work with the IT development team to design, develop, validate and deploy technical solutions.
In addition to this, you will also be involved in the following:
- Evaluate progress and project success through analysing and interpreting data
- Form relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues
- Help define and document test conditions
As an IT Business Analyst, you will have prior experience of business analysis in an IT software development environment. You will have a good understanding of both the Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, ERP and will have built you career on business analysis, whereby you have identified and implemented significant business improvements. You will also be a self-motivated, creative yet pragmatic individual with the ability to deliver Business Analyst projects within time and budget constraints.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Confluence
- Innovative and driven to provide and implement change
- Commercial knowledge
- Knowledge of tools such as BPMN and UML
- The ability to present technical and functional requirements to business stakeholders
Payment and Billing systems experience.
