IT Support Engineer/ Service Desk Analyst

Are you an IT support professional? Are you determined to have a career with IT/ Networking?

Our Client, the UKs leading provider of B2B IT solutions is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis in Prudhoe/ Newcastle. You will be joining a vastly growing team on a journey to continued market leadership and use of new innovative technology.

In the role, you will provide technical support for customers and installation engineers with technical issues around Networks, VoIP, Ethernet, Switches, Routers and more. You will fault find on customer networks and provide top level customer service at all times.

To be a success you will have:

  • Good working knowledge of IT
  • Networking experience is desirable but not essential
  • Any service desk/ IT support experience
