A multinational media and digital marketing and communications company needed to populate their new Digital Support Centre in Manchester. The company wanted to make a significant number of culturally aligned hires in a short timeframe, while competing for scarce multi-lingual skills in a new marketplace. By ramping up our scalable delivery team to meet tight project timescales, focusing on attraction and engagement and designing a quality-driven screening process, including creating a bespoke neuroscience based cultural assessment, we attracted over 900 candidates in six weeks and made 97 placements in three months. Our high-quality screening process meant that for every four CVs submitted, three candidates were interviewed.

Following a restructure of its product development department, an online real estate and property website business needed to make a substantial number of hires to fit its new strategy. This included both new and existing roles, from junior to executive level. Crucially, delivery needed to be high quality and at scale to meet the pace of demand. Lorien deployed our Recruiter on Demand (RoD) model, with an onsite account manager taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing a new, candidate-led and streamlined process, training hiring managers, redesigning job specifications and guiding decision-making based on real-time market insight. The RoD delivered all hires within timeframes, as well as improving D&I – a target area for the business – with 33% female hires for the project.
