CRM Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Fixed term contract until Jan 2024

My client a FTSE 100 company are looking for a CRM Manager to work on a fixed term contract up until January 2024 initially. It is essential that the CRM Manager has experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The CRM Manager will deliver the customer marketing campaign strategy, under the direction and support from, the Head of CRM. The CRM Manager will also work closely with a wide range of teams within the business ensuring customers have a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Key Skills

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Basic HTML experience for emails
  • Copy writing experience (in English)
  • Focused, and analytical mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A positive can-do attitude

Beneficial skillset

  • Ideally having worked in gaming at some point
  • Experience of using Tableau or a similar BI tool
  • Basic Ampscript knowledge
  • Basic t-SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Omni-channel journey's (Push, SMS email, site)
  • Deliverability understanding
