Hybrid role - 3 days on site, 2 days remote

My major client is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join their global team. The Product Owner will work within the Allocations Modernization Team (ART). Allocations is core to our clients business and the 'brains' behind what goods go to what stores. The Product Owner needs to have significant experience in working in an Agile environment and able to dissect features into clearly defined stories for the agile teams to work on. In addition to core Product Owner, further core skills are flexibility, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/collaborate within and across multiple teams. Experience in: * Leading team in the collaboration and creation of stories/enablers * Prioritizing and owning the teams backlog * Collaboration/Communication with Key business stakeholders and team to deliver (ideally in a complex environment) * Experience in different stages of product development (story creation, test, deploy) * Collaboration with Product Manager for Features * Agile SAFe methodology, including a PO within an ART and participating in a PI Planning event and other SAFe ceremonies * Using Jira, Confluence * Ideally Retail Other points: * Remote and local talent * Candidates should have history of committing to long term assignments and not short-term
