Hybrid (Travel to Milton Keynes)

My client a top company is currently looking to recruit a PMO Analyst With financial Governance to join its team on a contract basis. This role will be working on a hybrid model 2 days a week In the office. Please note that this contract is inside of IR35 and will have to be set-up as Umbrella/PAYE. This IT Governance PMO Analyst will be responsible for providing a support and control function aligned to one or more CIO/CTO's, ensuring all governance and process are adhered to and supporting the CIO/CTO with their financial management and planning.

The PMO will be aligned with the top line and work with the;

  • Overseeing CIO 3rd Parties spend, including committee submissions and ensuring spend requests are raised in a timely manner
  • Providing support to the IT approval process for which feeds in to the end-to-end governance process
  • Analysing financials and providing support and reporting as required including producing CIO monthly operating packs
  • Creating and follow up on spend requests and ensure financials are aligned
  • Managing team activities such as timesheet completion, mandatory training, etc
  • Supporting resource management & business management challenges for area

With the key accountabilities are

  • Providing support & governance control for key IT approval processes.
  • Analysing & reporting on financials to key stakeholders, ensuring that reporting deadlines are met & standards are adhered to.
  • Creation & monitoring of Spend requests & ensuring the appropriate governance is applied & followed.
  • Ensuring completion of key activities by resources & management to ensure compliance with regulations & company standards.
  • Taking & circulating meeting minutes & ensuring appropriate actions are completed & audited.
